Spec conflicts
Spec discrepancy log - Why we did not settle on a single number
| Item | Conflicting figures | How this page handles it |
|---|---|---|
| GO3 weight | Global version 58g, China version 53g | Both listed |
| GO3 number of translation languages | 98 target languages, 127, 261 | Treated as a difference in counting basis and listed together |
| GO3 camera sensor | Photo output 8MP, sensor described as 13MP | Stated on an output basis and the discrepancy is noted |
| GO3 navigation voice guidance | Official says yes, users say no | Recorded as a conflict |
| iO weight | Advertised 33g, measured 37.6g (with cover) | Nominal and measured listed together |
| iO brightness | Official 1,300 nits, review 1,200 nits, company blog 1,700 nits | 1,700 nits is not adopted |
| iO price | $280 listed (conflicts with other sources), $449-499 | $280 is not adopted |
| Hey 2 offline | Possible per official FAQ, not possible per WIRED and others | Marked as disputed, with a recommendation to check before buying |
| Hey 2 weight | Official 49g, measured 50g and 60g | Both listed |
| G2 water resistance | Both IP65 and IP67 listings coexist | Stated as the mainstream IP65, with the coexistence noted |
| G2 Bluetooth | Support documentation 5.4, developer documentation 5.2 | Both listed |
| G2 translation languages | 31 and 35 | Stated as a range |
| Rokid resolution | Official 480 x 640, third-party comparison table 480 x 400 | Official figure adopted, conflict noted |
| Rokid price | Launch report $599, B&H $699, Australia and Canada $999 | Treated as differences in region, timing, and bundle, and listed together |
| Rokid battery | Official everyday 8-10 hours, measured 4-6 hours, about 2 hours of intensive use | Official and measured listed together |
| Rokid water resistance | Official IPX4, a review harshly criticizing no sense of water resistance | Listed together so it is understood only as everyday splash resistance |
| Rokid second chip | Official lists only Dual-Chip, PhoneArena names it as NXP RT600 | Distinguished as official Unconfirmed |
Many of the discrepancies come from differences between the China and global versions, launch timing, and counting basis. Rather than picking one figure and asserting it, we leave this table itself as part of the purchase decision. Weight and language count in particular are the numbers most often used in advertising copy, so they should be viewed together with measurements and conditions.
Note on low-reliability information. Some aggregator sites' Hey 2 entries are mixed with content that contradicts the real product, such as games, high refresh rates, and large virtual screens, so we did not cite them. Video reviews with sponsorship disclosures and reviews of manufacturer-provided units have the fact disclosed in the text.
Spec discrepancy log 2 - Conflicts in configuration, prescriptions, and Korean-language UI
| Item | Conflicting figures | How this page handles it |
|---|---|---|
| GO3 prescription range | The refractive index table goes up to myopia -10.00, -12.00, and -16.00, while the Fitting Guide caps at -7.50D and astigmatism -4.50D | Neither is asserted. Marked as requiring confirmation with official support before ordering |
| GO3 full kit extras | The US official full kit has a 4-item configuration, while the Taiwan full set includes a 2-pack of screen protectors and a storage bag as extras | Whether these are included in the US is marked Unconfirmed and treated as regional extras |
| iO Japan clip price | Current product page ¥9,999, roundup article right after release ¥4,900 | The current listed price takes priority and the past figure is listed alongside |
| iO prescription range | No iO-specific official figure. Cases where the Air series -10.00D and -2.00D are cited as if they apply to RayNeo generally | Not adopted as the iO range and marked Unconfirmed |
| Hey 2 default configuration | The official FAQ lists 5 items with no spare copad, while the Notebookcheck unboxing has an extra copad | Not asserted as the official default configuration, separated by source |
| Hey 2 prescription price | Official store listing From $60, WIRED (2026-05-09) $90 to 299 | Listed separately as snapshots from different times, detailed price list Unconfirmed |
| G2 prescription range | Product page -12.00 to +12.00, support documentation SPH +8.00 to -12.00 and CYL ±4.00 | The support documentation is listed as the conservative upper limit |
| G2 charging case | Official FAQ, support documentation, and box contents say included by default, while some secondary articles describe it as not included and $149 | Included by default is adopted and $149 is treated as the spare price |
| G2 lead time (Korean prescription) | Report 2 weeks or more, official guidance 4 weeks or more | Both listed |
| G2 Korean-language UI | Korean is listed in the support documentation list, App Store metadata is English only, and the Japanese settings snapshot of 8 languages has no Korean | Marked as conflicting and undetermined, with a recommendation to check hands-on |
| Rokid charging accessory capacity | Case 3,000mAh (Korea) and 3,150mAh (global), capsule 1,100 to 2,300mAh, differing by source | Listed by region and source, not asserted as a single figure |
| Rokid Travel Set | UK Travel Set £579, but the contents list in the page text is identical to the standalone item | Additional components marked Unconfirmed |
| Rokid prescription range | Headline +15 to -15, lab window +6 to -16, online form SPH -12 to +6 and CYL -6 to +6, progressive comparison table -12 to +12 | Listed by route, with a pre-order inquiry marked as required for high prescriptions |
Most of the conflicts added in this revision come from labeling that differs by page, region, and time even within the same company. Misreading the prescription range and the Korean-language UI in particular can make the purchase itself fail, so rather than stopping at reading the table, we leave them as items that must be closed with an official support answer just before ordering.
About the data
How to Read This - Where the Reviews Were Collected, and Where They Ran Dry
None of the five products has a large pool of Reddit reviews. The reasons differ by product, but in common, all were released recently and sold mainly through official stores.
| Product | What was confirmed on Reddit | Where the reviews actually concentrate |
|---|---|---|
| INMO GO3 | No dedicated hands-on thread found. Only 1 instance of a Reddit moderator quoting a spec summary | YouTube reviews, Google Play app reviews (1.4 points, 23 reviews), official store Loox reviews, Chinese and Taiwanese forums |
| RayNeo iO | Could not obtain the original threads directly. Only a manufacturer blog post summarizing Reddit discussion was found | Professional reviewers, YouTube, hands-on write-ups on Japan's note.com, Instagram Reels |
| Leion Hey 2 | No dedicated thread found across 6 search angles. Reddit discussion centers on Meta, G2, Xreal and Rokid | Hands-on reviews (Notebookcheck, HardwareZone, WIRED), Wadiz (와디즈) and Korean press coverage, social videos |
| Even G2 | Thread titles on r/EvenRealities (about 14,000 members) were confirmed via a mirror; the post bodies are unconfirmed because direct access was restricted | 10 or more professional outlet reviews, HearingTracker forum, app reviews, long-term YouTube usage reports |
| Rokid Glasses | No dedicated owner thread found. Only 1 used-sale post on a redlib mirror was found | Professional reviews (Pickr, WhistleOut, EFTM, wifihifi, etc.), comparison guides. Reviews of the display-less Rokid AI Glasses Style were separated out and not used |
Therefore, the proportion figures on this page are not quantitative tallies. Expressions such as "hardware about 7 positive to 3 negative" for RayNeo iO reviews are qualitative estimates that summarize the tone of the collected reviews. Because many came from provided units or sponsored content, they may lean more positive than actual owner opinion. Only Even G2 has a large number of expert scores, so they are compiled separately in a table.

Final judgment. None of these five products is a mainstream product yet. What the reviews show in common is clear. For the narrow uses of translation and captions, some products have already reached a practical level, but for everyday use as general-purpose glasses, software and controls remain the last hurdle. The purchase decision should be settled not by this page but by a wear test and the return terms. The purpose of this page is to list, without omission, what to check in that test. Research date: 2026-10-30. Prices, ratings, and app versions are as of the time of checking and may change afterward. For content found only in the main body of a video, we cited only what appears in the description and in secondary quotations.
